REPORT

Cleanliness is an essential aspect of maintaining a healthy environment, and it plays a significant role in ensuring the well-being of individuals and communities.The cleanliness Drive aimed to create awareness among residents about the importance of cleanliness in maintaining a healthy environment.

Garbage free  India or Swachhata Hi Seva is a national level campaign with an aim of cleaning India of unwanted filth from the society. As a part of our contribution to the Government’s initiative to clean India & Gandhi Jayanthi celebration, our NSS unit participated in the Cleanliness Drive in association with Edathala Panchayath on 12^th  October 2023 between 9.30 am to 2.30 pm.  About 35 volunteers of the NSS unit gathered at the event.  

Volunteers cleaned the streets and removed litter and waste materials.
