The Bioscience, conducted a WORKSHOP ON HANDS ON TRAINING PROGRAMME ON MUSHROOM CULTIVATION on 23rd FEBRUARY 2022 on the college  at 10.30am. The resource person was THANSEER (Mushroom Farmer) . 

Ms RAJEENA C. A was the coordinator.The Department cordinator s Jasna muhammed, (Microbiology) Febina Feroz,(Biotechnology),were present in the occasion.About 100 participants were present on the workshop. Sandra Wilson Elizabath 1st year MSc. Microbiology hosted the event.The session was inaugurated by Vice Principal LAGEESH V. M. Firstly he took a class on how to do Mushroom Cultivation, the things to look out for while doing it, and the diseases that come with it. He then showed how Mushroo cultivates. Students are actively participate this programme. Areeja and Anakha from 2nd MSc Microbiology and Fathima and Cristy 2nd MSc also do training programme. The workshop was ended at 11 .30pm.
