Internal Exam Committee
The Internal Examination Committee has always been an asset of the
Institution. With supreme degree of devotion and allegiance, the Committee
has taken care of the efficient conduct of all the internal examinations of the
college, as per the norms of the MG University. The Committee is headed by
the convenor.The committee is dissolved at the end of every Academic year
and a new committee is formed at the beginning of the consecutive year. The
committee conducts two internal examinations and a model examination in a
semester.
Objectives
1. To conduct the internal examinations for all the programmes offered in the
college.
2. To prepare timetable for the internal examinations in advance and inform the
students about the same.
3. To allot exam halls and assign internal exam invigilation duty.
4. To ensure that question papers are prepared well in advance.
5. To maintain internal exam attendance record.
6. To collect answer scripts and supporting documents required.
7. To ensure timely valuation of answer scripts and the publication of results.
8. To address the grievances of the students and staff concerning exam related
issues.
