UG/PG Admissions 2026-27 !

Admission procedures are based on the regulations of MG University. 50% of the total seats shall be filled by the management from among candidates of their choice provided they satisfy the eligibility conditions. The remaining seats (50%) shall be distributed and filled by the M.G University through online allotment process. The Application Form can be collected from college office on payment of fee. No donation or capitation is required. Selection of students is purely based on academic excellence following First Come First Served’ policy. No external agency is entrusted for any kind of admission procedures. The regular undergraduate and post-graduate courses are based on the Choice Based Credit Semester System (CBCS) .

UG Admissions

  • BBA Honours: A pass in Plus Two or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.

  • BCA Honours: A pass in Plus Two/equivalent examination in science stream with Mathematics/Computer Science/Informatics Practices/Accountancy as optional.

  • BCom Logistics Management Honours: A pass in Plus Two or equivalent examination recognized by this University with other subjects under Part III optional subjects provided they have secured 45% of the aggregate marks.

  • BCom Finance & Taxation Honours: A pass in Plus Two or equivalent examination recognized by this University with other subjects under Part III optional subjects provided they have secured 45% of the aggregate marks.

  • BSc Bioinformatics Honours: Plus two or its equivalent examination recognized by M.G. University with any biological
    science as one of the optional subjects.

  • BSc Microbiology Honours: Plus two or its equivalent examination recognized by M.G. University with any biological
    science as one of the optional subjects.

  • BA English Honours: A pass in Plus Two or equivalent examination or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto by this University.

PG Admissions

  • MA English : Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 1.80 (out of 4.00), or CCPA of 4.5 (out of 10.00), or 45% marks in Part III (main and subsidiary subjects).

  • MSc Biotechnology : Graduation in Biological Science Viz. Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, Bio Physics,
    Biotechnology, Biological techniques & Specimen preparation and Microbiology or Chemistry or MLT
    with not less than CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00 in the group (Core+ Open+ Complementary).

  • MSc Computer Science: Candidates having a B Sc Degree with Mathematics /Computer Science /Electronics as one of the subjects (Main or Subsidiary) or BCA/B.Tech degree with not less than 55% marks in optional subjects.

    Note: Candidates having degree in computer science/Computer Application/IT/Electronics shall be given a weightage of 20% in their qualifying degree examination marks considered for ranking for admission to M Sc(Computer Science)

  • MSc Microbiology : Graduation in Biological Science Viz. Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, Bio Physics,
    Biotechnology, Biological techniques & Specimen preparation and Microbiology or Chemistry or MLT
    with not less than CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00 in the group (Core+ Open+ Complementary).

  • MCom Finance & Taxation: Candidates who have passed B.Com./BBA/BBM with a minimum of 45% (CGPA-4.5) are eligible.
