Programmes Offered

The department of Computer Science was established in the year 2012 with the objective to develop human resources with core competence in various thrust areas of Computer Science. The curriculum focuses on what knowledge & skills gained by a graduate after completing the programme.

Eligibility

  • Candidates having degree in computer science/Computer Application/IT/Electronics shall be given a weightage of 20% in their qualifying degree examination marks considered for ranking for admission to M Sc(Computer Science).

  • Candidates shall be required to have passed the Plus Two/equivalent examination with Computer Science / Mathematics/ Statistics / Accountancy with AFS / Accountancy with Computer Accounting/Accountancy with Computer Science/ Informatics Practices as one of the optional subjects
