Internal Complaint Committee
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of the college is constituted in accordance with
the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal)
Act, 2013. The committee is committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
for students, faculty, and staff.
The ICC serves as a formal mechanism to address complaints related to sexual harassment and
gender-based misconduct within the campus. It works to promote awareness, prevent
harassment, and provide a fair, confidential, and unbiased process for grievance redressal,
thereby safeguarding the dignity and rights of every individual in the institution
Objectives
1. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members of the institution.
2. To provide a transparent mechanism for receiving and addressing complaints of
sexual harassment.
3. To create awareness about gender equality and prevention of harassment.
4. To maintain confidentiality during the complaint and inquiry process.
5. To ensure fair and impartial inquiry in accordance with legal provisions.
