An anti-drug awareness class was successfully conducted on 15 th November 2024 at 10.00 am in the college seminar hall. The event was organised by the Department of Commerce jointly with NSS and Kerala State Youth Commission with the primary objective of educating students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and promoting a drug –free lifestyle. The event commenced with a solemn prayer. A warm welcome was extended to all attendees by Mr. Fayas C J, District Coordinator, Kerala State Youth Commission. Principal Dr. Murugan R presides over the meeting. Adv. Raija Ameer, Member, Ernakulam District Panchayat inaugurated the session. Mr. Rajagopal A T, NSS Programme Officer and Ms. Shahana K H, HOD, Department of Commerce gave falicitations . Mr. M P Ummer, Assistant Excise Inspector led a comprehensive anti-drug awareness class, highlighting the dangers of substance abuse and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Mr. Lagheesh V M, Vice Principal, proposed vote of thanks to all participants and supporters. The event concluded with a national anthem.
