The Department of Biosciences in association with institution innovation’s
council (IIC) conducted a “Sticker Campaign on Energy Conservation Day” on 06/01/2025.
Adv. M. M. Salim, Secretary of MES M.K. MACKAR PILLAY COLLEGE FOR ADVANCES STUDIES
EDATHALA, kicked off the program by pasting stickers on our campus about water and energy
conservation. This was followed by Adv. M.Ahamed Kunju, Chairman of the College Managing
Committee, Dr.Murugan R, Principal, and Mr.Lagheesh V M, Vice Principal.
The primary goal of the sticker campaign was to raise awareness about the importance of
energy conservation among the students, teaching and non-teaching staff. The activity aimed to
engage everyone in small, actionable steps toward reducing energy consumption and building a
sustainable future.
