MES M.K Mackar Pillay College for Advanced Studies, Edathala, organized “THARANGAM”,
2025”, on 17th of February 2025 at the Main Auditorium. The event was a vibrant
celebration of creativity, culture and talent bringing together students to showcase their
artistic skills.
The festival commenced with a heartfelt welcome speech by Dr. Murugan R, Principal, who
warmly greeted all attendees, including esteemed guests, performers, and audience
members. The speech emphasized the significance of the festival in fostering creativity and
cultural appreciation.
The cultural ceremony was officially inaugurated by Adv. M Ahamed Kunju, the Chairman
of the College Managing Committee. He shared his vision of arts and culture with the
audience, it imparts confidence and positive energy to the participants. Felicitations were
given by Adv. M M Salim, Secretary and Correspondent of College Managing Committee, Mr.
P K A Jabbar, Vice Chairman of College Managing Committee, Mr. M.A Abdullah, Treasurer
of College Managing Committee and Mr. Muhammed Anas M S, Arts Club Secretary. Each of
them expressed their heartfelt appreciations to all talented artists, performers and
organizers of this grand Arts Festival; these really boosted the confidence of participants
and encouraged continued effort.
