M.Sc Computer Science
The duration of the programme shall be 4 semesters. The duration of each semester shall be 90 working days. Odd semesters from June to October and even semesters from December to April. There shall be one month semester breaks each in November and May. A student may be permitted to complete the programme, on valid reasons, within a period of 8 continuous semesters from the date of commencement of the first semester of the programme.
Eligibility
Candidates having a BSc Degree with Mathematics /Computer Science /Electronics as one of the subjects (Main or Subsidiary) or BCA/B.Tech degree with not less than 55% marks in optional subjects.
Candidates having degree in computer science/Computer Application/IT/Electronics shall be given a weightage of 20% in their qualifying degree examination marks considered for ranking for admission to MSc(Computer Science).
