REPORT

Cleanliness is an essential aspect of maintaining a healthy environment, and it plays a significant role in ensuring the well-being of individuals and communities.The cleanliness Drive aimed to create awareness among residents about the importance of cleanliness in maintaining a healthy environment.

Garbage free  India or Swachhata Hi Seva is a national level campaign with an aim of cleaning India of unwanted filth from the society. As a part of our contribution to the Government’s initiative to clean India & Gandhi Jayanthi celebration, our NSS unit participated in the Cleanliness Drive in association with Edathala Panchayath on 12th  October 2023 between 9.30 am to 2.30 pm.  About 35 volunteers of the NSS unit gathered at the event.  

Volunteers cleaned the streets and removed litter and waste materials.
